In this key position, you will support the Laboratory Genetics department by maintaining and validating next-generation sequencing processes. Key Responsibilities:
• Develop pipelines for next-generation sequencing data
• Translate genomic data for clinical use




• Adhere to accreditation and data governance
• Offer bioinformatics advice to teams
• Implement quality control systems
Requirements:
• MSc in bioinformatics or related subject
• Significant experience in diagnostic bioinformatics
• Knowledge of next-generation sequencing
• Experience with programming languages like Python, C++, or Java
• Excellent data management skills
