Role: AI Product Manager

Compensation: Competitive salary commensurate with experience, qualifications, and location. Indicative range: $130,000 – $200,000 (USD equivalent), plus benefits.

Role Overview

We are hiring an AI Product Manager to own AI-powered product areas end-to-end. The role works at the intersection of model capabilities, user experience, and business value — shipping AI features that are genuinely helpful, not just impressive demos.

Key Responsibilities
Own roadmap and strategy for AI-powered product areas
Partner with ML engineers on model selection, fine-tuning, and evaluation
Define success metrics that capture both quality and business impact
Run user research to identify high-value AI use cases
Coordinate launches, including responsible AI considerations and rollout plans
Communicate AI capabilities and limitations clearly to internal and external audiences

Required Skills and Qualifications
4+ years in product management, with at least 1 year on AI/ML products
Strong understanding of modern AI capabilities (LLMs, RAG, fine-tuning, evals)
Excellent written communication, including PRDs and strategic narratives




Familiarity with product analytics tools and experimentation
Comfort with technical depth and ability to engage with ML teams
Bias for shipping with humility about model limitations
