Transform procurement operations as a Lead Advisor. Oversee crucial procurement processes and compliance initiatives in a hybrid work setting, enhancing service delivery and efficiency.
In this role, you will support daily procurement functions while spearheading transformational initiatives. Your responsibilities will include mapping workflows, strengthening compliance frameworks, and creating streamlined processes that adhere to BPS Procurement Directive. Engaging with stakeholders, you will provide direction on complex procurement projects and tools.
Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct gap analyses and create project charters
• Develop compliance monitoring tools and SOP standards
• Update policies in line with best practices
• Design a centralized digital resource repository
• Facilitate training and change management communication
Requirements:
• Three-year diploma or degree from an accredited institution
• Five years of public sector procurement experience
• Direct experience with ERP systems and compliance
• Preferred certification in supply chain management
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
