Job Description – Oracle Cloud Supply Chain (SCM) Consultant

Location: Greater Toronto Area, Canada

Role About:

The Oracle Cloud Supply Chain (SCM) Consultant is responsible for implementing, supporting, and optimizing Oracle Fusion Cloud SCM solutions to meet business requirements across planning, procurement, manufacturing, inventory, and logistics. The role involves working closely with business stakeholders, technical teams, and integration partners to ensure secure operations and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities:
Configure, implement, and support Oracle Fusion Cloud SCM modules, including Order Management, Planning, Inventory, Procurement, Cost Management
Provide L2/L3 application support in an AMS setting, including incident resolution, root‑cause analysis, and change management.
Collaborate with business users to understand supply chain processes and translate requirements into Oracle Cloud solutions.
Support Oracle quarterly updates, including impact assessment, regression testing, and remediation.
Manage and execute functional testing (SIT/UAT)



and support go‑live and hypercare activities.
Work with integration teams to support end‑to‑end SCM integrations with Finance, EPM, and external systems.
Identify process improvement opportunities and recommend automation or best‑practice enhancements within Oracle SCM.
Prepare and maintain functional documentation, configurations, and operational runbooks.
Ensure adherence to SLA, KPI, and governance standards in support engagements.

Required Skills & Experience
Strong hands‑on experience with Oracle Fusion Cloud SCM.
7+ years of Functional expertise in SCM areas: Planning, Procurement, Inventory, Cost Management, Order Management
10 + Years of working experience in implementation and/or managed services (AMS) environments.
Positive understanding of supply chain business processes and Oracle best practices.
Robust analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.
