Compensation: Competitive salary commensurate with experience, qualifications, and location. Indicative range: $50,000 – $75,000 (USD equivalent), plus perks.

Role Overview

We are hiring a Marketing Coordinator to support campaigns, events, and day-to-day marketing operations. The role is the connective tissue between strategy and execution — making sure the work actually ships.

Key Responsibilities
Coordinate execution of marketing campaigns across channels
Manage marketing calendar, project trackers, and vendor logistics
Support content production, including briefs, reviews, and publishing
Help plan and run virtual and in-person events
Maintain CRM, marketing automation, and asset library hygiene
Pull weekly reports on campaign performance and surface insights

Required Skills and Qualifications
1+ years in a marketing coordinator, marketing assistant, or similar role
Strong project management and organisational skills
Hands-on with marketing tools (HubSpot, Mailchimp, Asana, Trello)
Excellent written communication and attention to detail




Comfort working across multiple stakeholders and deadlines
Bias for action and willingness to own the unglamorous details
