Role Description

This is a full-time in office role for a Commercial Leasing Manager located in Montreal, QC. The Commercial Leasing Manager will oversee all aspects of leasing activities, including tenant relations, lease negotiations, and occupancy planning. Key responsibilities include marketing commercial spaces, conducting property showings, preparing lease documentation, maintaining robust relationships with tenants, and ensuring compliance with leasing policies.



The candidate will work closely with the management team to meet leasing targets and contribute to the growth of ALTA Canada’s portfolio.

Qualifications
5+ years experience in commercial lease negotiation, tenant relations, and property management
Knowledge of local commercial real estate markets and leasing regulations
Strong marketing and communication skills for promoting spaces and building client relationships
Proficiency in financial acumen, including budgeting, forecasting, and rental income analysis
Exceptional organizational and time-management skills to manage multiple priorities efficiently
Proven ability to work in a collaborative environment with cross-functional teams
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Real Estate, or a related field is preferred
Familiarity with leasing software and CRM tools is advantageous
Fluency in English and French is required
