Title: Growth Room Helper

Location: Winnipeg, MB R3H 0R9

Description:

POSITION DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
Filling pots and flats, washing pots, stake, cleaning hallway and facility, and other tasks as needed.
Organizing and cleaning warehouse and maintenance
Assist with daily activities which may include harvesting, threshing of plants and cleaning and organization of materials and facility.
washing lab coats and other tasks as needed.
Notify Operational supervisor(s) when issues arise with facility
Comply with Safety standards and participate in required/designated safety programs.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Washing Pots & trays; watering growth rooms and house keeping

REQUIREMENTS/PREFERENCES:
Willingness to work in wide-ranging weather conditions (cool or hot)
Willingness to work on repetitive tasks
Willingness to work overtime in evenings/weekends at peak season
Possess solid ability to work accurately and pay attention to detail
Outstanding organizational skills and ability to prioritize daily

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
