Compensation: Competitive salary commensurate with experience, qualifications, and location. Indicative range: $60,000 – $95,000 (USD equivalent), plus advantages.

Role Overview

We are hiring a Recruiter to own end-to-end hiring across multiple functions. The role partners with hiring managers to define what excellent looks like, source candidates, run a rigorous interview process, and close the right people.

Key Responsibilities
Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from intake to offer across multiple roles
Source candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, referrals, and direct outreach
Screen candidates for skills, motivation, and culture fit
Coordinate interview loops and gather structured feedback from hiring panels
Negotiate offers and guide candidates through to a successful start date
Track funnel metrics and improve conversion at every stage

Required Skills and Qualifications
2+ years in full-cycle recruiting (in-house or agency)
Hands-on experience with LinkedIn Recruiter and an ATS (Greenhouse, Lever, Workday)
Strong sourcing skills, including Boolean and X-ray search




Excellent written and verbal communication and stakeholder management
Data-driven mindset; you measure your funnel and act on what it tells you
Genuine interest in hiring great people, not just filling seats
