What is the opportunity?

We’re looking for an enthusiastic candidate to fill the full-time role of Business Enablement Coordinator for the Wealth Management Technology & Solutions team. The Business Enablement Coordinator provides direct support to the Director, Strategy & Change Enablement, her direct team, and the Senior Leadership Team (reporting to the VP) on an as required basis.  

What will you do? 

- Manage the tactical aspects of onboarding/off boarding employees and contractors,

including form submittals, asset management, and employee engagement during onboarding/orientation

- Manage the effective use of real estate of the WMTS team through review of desk allocations, meeting room usage, etc.

- Manage the student program in coordination with the I&T; team, and coordinate WMTS engagement in enterprise resourcing programs (i.e. Career Launch Program), including socialization with SLT and drafting proposals

- Ensure organizational effectiveness and efficiency within the office including maintaining the condition of the office and arrange for supplies and maintenance

- Manage and maintain material related to executive submissions (i.e. to the VP or SVP)

- Coordinate meetings/conferences, ensure all materials/packages are audience ready, and *catering requirements are provided

- Assist in organizing senior leader off sites and quarterly global town halls, employee recognition celebrations, and other team events

- Employee Opinion Survey analysis and management of internal EOS committee (annual activity)

What do you need to succeed?


- Excellent interpersonal, communication (written and verbal), attention to detail, and relationship management skills with the ability to work confidently with all levels of management and staff

- Ability to take initiative, function independently with minimal supervision, work as part of a team, and prioritize workload to meet deadlines

- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion

- Recent graduate in business administration/business management or relevant experience

- Proficiency with MS office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook) and Internet/social media skills. Able to put together presentations for executive consumption


- Ability to anticipate needs, be resilient in challenging situations and persevere to get the job done

- Professionalism, initiative, enthusiasm, energy, and a sense of urgency
