Our client, a leading logistics and warehousing organization, is seeking a Forklift Operator to join their team. As a Forklift Operator, you will be part of the Warehouse Department supporting operational efficiency and safety. The ideal candidate will demonstrate reliability, attention to detail, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Forklift Operator (Counterbalance and Reach)

Location: Etobicoke, ON

Pay Range: $22 per hour

Shift: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

What's the Job?

- Operate forklifts and other material handling equipment safely and efficiently.
- Load and offload trailers and containers, ensuring proper material placement and documentation.
- Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders according to established procedures.
- Verify product counts, condition, and documentation during receiving and shipping processes.
- Ensure materials are stored correctly and all inventory movements are accurately recorded.

What's Needed?

- Valid forklift certification with experience operating counterbalance and reach forklifts.
- Previous warehouse experience including loading, unloading, and order picking.
- Experience handling dangerous goods is considered a strong asset.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in a fast-paced, physically demanding environment.
- Robust attention to detail and commitment to safety.
- Basic computer or scanner proficiency for inventory tracking.
