Our operations and client services departments are key to the success of our business, and the success of our customers. These departments work together to ensure our customers receive high-quality products and customer service. Our teams focus on building, testing, and repairing products, building, and integrating larger scale solutions, and providing both on-site and remote technical support to our customers. We are looking for a Senior Project Coordinator to join our Field Services group in our pursuit to provide our customers with the highest quality products and world-class support.

What You’ll Work On
As a Senior Project Coordinator, you will support the successful delivery of client-facing and internal projects by coordinating resources, managing project controls, and contributing to planning and execution activities. This includes the following:
- Support Program and Project Managers across planning, execution, monitoring, and close-out.
- Coordinate multiple projects,
managing schedules, budgets, resources, and overall progress.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders, including clients and subcontractors.
- Lead project meetings, track action items, and ensure clear, timely communication.
- Monitor performance, identify risks/issues, make recommendations, and support change management initiatives.
- Assist with forecasting, budgeting, and tracking project financials and performance metrics.
- Assist with the creation of robust proposal documents.
- Collaborate on bid document and preparation for field related scope and pricing.
- Support field service coordination (scheduling, logistics, inventory), as needed.
- Build strong client relationships through professional communication.
- Contribute to process improvements and standardization of project management tools.
What We’re Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, business, or a related field.
- 3–5 years of experience in project coordination or project management, preferably in a technical or systems delivery environment.
- Equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered.
- Experience supporting client-facing projects and managing multiple priorities.
- Exposure to field services, instrumentation, or system-based projects is an asset.
- Solid understanding of project management principles (scope, schedule, cost, risk, quality)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience with Microsoft Project or similar tools
- Working knowledge of budgeting, forecasting,
and financial tracking
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate across technical and non-technical teams.
- Ability to identify risks, solve problems, and escalate issues when appropriate.
- Experience with ERP or project tracking systems (e.g., D365) and a strong technical aptitude is an asset.

Work Environment
- Primarily office-based with regular interaction across departments
- Hybrid collaboration with field and technical teams
- Moderate use of computer systems and project management tools
Physical Requirements
- Ability to sit or stand for extended periods.
- Occasional lifting of equipment (up to 25–50 lbs) may be required.
- Occasional travel (domestic or international) may be required.
