About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Process Re‑Engineering Consultant to lead a 9‑month transformation engagement focused on improving end‑to‑end operational processes across our Treasury operations. The ideal candidate brings strong consulting experience, excels in structured problem‑solving, and is comfortable engaging with stakeholders at all levels, including business leaders and IT partners.

This role is hands‑on, highly collaborative, and central to enabling operational efficiency, enhanced controls, and technology‑enabled improvements.

Key Responsibilities

Process Review & Analysis

- Lead process deep‑dives with cross‑functional business teams to assess current‑state workflows and control points.
- Document findings and action items in a structured and clear manner

Action Planning & Execution Support

- Partner with business and IT teams to define execution plans for action items.
- Support prioritization, effort estimation, and milestone development.
- Coordinate and drive follow‑ups to ensure momentum and timely delivery.

Process Tracking & Governance

- Develop a comprehensive process improvement tracker covering actions, owners, timelines, progress, dependencies, and risks.
- Monitor execution progress, proactively identify delays or blockers, and escalate to leadership when needed.
- Maintain transparent documentation to support audit, compliance, and leadership reporting.

Measurement of Benefits

- Define benefit‑measurement criteria aligned with business objectives (e.g., efficiency gains, risk reduction, throughput improvements).
- Track, quantify, and report realized perks throughout the engagement.
- Present insights and recommendations to senior stakeholders.

Stakeholder Engagement

- Facilitate effective communication between business teams, Finance/Treasury leaders, and IT partners.
- Provide advisory support, best‑practice guidance,



and thought leadership on process improvement strategies.
- Ensure alignment across teams and help navigate competing priorities.

Qualifications & Experience

Required

- 5–10 years of experience in Finance or Treasury operations, process optimization, or operational excellence roles.
- Strong background in process re‑engineering, business transformation, or management consulting.
- Demonstrated experience leading cross‑functional process reviews and delivering structured recommendations.
- Solid understanding of operational processes within Finance and/or Treasury.
- Strong project planning, task management, and organizational skills.
- Tech‑savvy; comfortable discussing systems, data flows, and automation opportunities with IT teams.
- Exceptional communication, documentation, and stakeholder‑management abilities.

Preferred

- Experience using process‑mapping tools and project tools (e.g., Jira, MS Project, Smartsheet).
- Exposure to system implementations, workflow automation, or transformation programs.

The expected base salary range for this position is $60 – $62 per hour, depending on experience, skills, and internal equity.
