Marketing & Operations Coordinator

$65,000-$75,000 (on-site)

About the Opportunity

Our client is a well-established, professional services firm based in downtown Toronto, known for its high standards, collaborative culture, and strong reputation within its space. With a growing team and increasing focus on brand presence and internal operations, they are looking to bring on a Marketing & Operations Coordinator to support both external marketing efforts and the day-to-day flow of the office.

This is an opportunity to step into a highly visible role where you’ll work closely with leadership and play a key part in keeping both marketing initiatives and internal operations running smoothly.

The Role

This is a hands-on, execution-focused position suited for someone who enjoys being the person that keeps everything organized, on track, and moving forward.

You’ll be responsible for supporting marketing coordination, event execution, and office operations - balancing creative tasks with operational responsibilities throughout the day.

While the role is execution-heavy, it offers strong exposure across multiple areas of the business and the chance to take on more ownership over time.

Key Responsibilities

Marketing & Content Coordination

- Draft and edit content for LinkedIn, email campaigns, and website updates
- Coordinate timelines, deliverables, and internal communication across marketing initiatives
- Support content scheduling and overall campaign organization

Events & Internal Coordination





- Assist in planning and executing internal and external events
- Coordinate logistics, vendors, materials, and scheduling
- Support post-event follow-up and internal alignment

Office Operations

- Manage day-to-day office needs including supplies and vendor coordination
- Help maintain an organized, efficient, and professional office environment
- Act as a coordination point across teams to ensure smooth operations

Qualifications

- 2–5 years of experience in a coordination, administrative, or marketing support role
- Strong written communication skills and attention to detail
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Comfortable working in a fully in-office environment
- Proactive, reliable, and team-oriented

Nice to have:

- Experience with email marketing tools, social media scheduling platforms, or website update.
