Job Title: ServiceNow Business Analyst – Technology Risk

Location: Toronto, ON (Remote)

Duration: 4 Months

We are seeking a skilled Business Analyst with robust experience in technology risk within financial services environments.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead requirements gathering through workshops, stakeholder interviews, and collaborative sessions
- Develop clear and structured documentation including business/functional requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria
- Perform process mapping (as-is/to-be), gap analysis, and impact assessments
- Support UAT planning, execution, and defect management
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including developers, architects, and product owners in Agile or hybrid environments
- Manage backlog refinement and support sprint activities
- Engage stakeholders effectively,



balancing business needs with technical constraints

Nice to Have:

- Experience with ServiceNow (ITSM, ITAM, HRSD, or CSM modules)
- Knowledge of workflows, data models, and service catalog design
- Exposure to IT risk, compliance, audits, or regulated environments
