NSB Omega is searching for a Financial Controller for our Oil & Gas Client in St. John's, NL.

Qualifications Required

- Undergraduate or Master's degree in Business/Commerce plus CPA designation.
- Minimum 15 years’ experience, including 10+ in senior management or commercial roles.
- Solid knowledge of oil & gas industry, JV agreements, revenue, royalty, and production accounting.
- Represents OilCo on JV committees and provides commercial/financial advice.
- Experience with PSAS and IFRS.
- Experience negotiating contracts and managing procurement under the Public Procurement Act.
- Leads financial planning, long-term financial models, and investment analysis for OilCo and BAF.
