Reporting to the Senior Vice President, Operations, the ideal candidate will be a dynamic, client-focused leader with a proven track record in Customer Service, Operations, and People Management within the real estate and mortgage sectors. This is an exciting opportunity to shape operational strategy, drive performance, and lead a high-performing team in a fast-paced, evolving industry.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operational activities, monitor order volumes, and optimize staffing to meet service-level agreements and productivity targets.
- Collaborate with managers to ensure programs are delivered in line with contractual obligations.
- Analyze operational challenges and recommend innovative solutions to enhance efficiency and client satisfaction.
- Act as a technical resource for processing staff, lenders, and borrowers; provide guidance on underwriting decisions.
- Build strong client relationships through regular meetings and proactive service improvement initiatives.
- Define and execute annual operational strategies, budgets, and forecasts, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Provide strategic leadership and oversight to support project implementation across the full lifecycle, ensuring alignment from planning through execution by integrating technical expertise, resource management,
and operational priorities to deliver successful outcomes.
- Lead workforce planning to support cyclical business needs and growth opportunities.
- Inspire and mentor direct reports, fostering a culture of excellence and engagement.
- Drive process harmonization, automation, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Support sales activities, including pricing strategies and onboarding new clients and products.
Qualifications:
- Degree in Business Administration or equivalent experience.
- 7+ years of leadership experience, including performance management, coaching, and team development.
- 5+ years in property appraisal, real estate, mortgage administration, or related operational roles.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
- Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive, action-oriented mindset.
- Proven ability to lead and inspire teams to achieve exceptional results.

Total compensation package $130,000 to $170,000 inclusive of performance-based bonus.
Compensation will be commensurate with experience, relevant skills, and qualifications.
