We are recruiting Registered Health Care Aide(s) for a unique opportunity with youth client(s) in the New Denver, BC area.

This job entails working one - 4 hour shift per week with each client. Duties may include providing 1:1 care in the home setting, supporting a client with light home cleaning including laundry, bed making, ADL care including personal care, bathing, dressing, lifts/transfers, healthy meal preparation, behavioral intervention, life/social skills. community outings/neighborhood outings.

Experience with individuals with diverse abilities an asset

Qualifications:

- Health Care Aides require registration with the BC Care Aide Registry
- Valid CPR ‘C’ / BLS certification or better
- First Aid
- Demonstrated ability to work independently.
- Strong verbal and written interpersonal communication skills.
