We are seeking a Skilled Construction Laborer to join our dynamic construction team. This role involves performing a variety of physical tasks essential to the successful completion of construction projects, ensuring safety, quality, and efficiency on-site. Duties

Assist in the preparation and setup of construction sites by clearing debris, unloading materials, and organizing tools and equipment. Follow detailed instructions from supervisors and project managers to execute specific tasks accurately. Operate hand tools, power tools, and machinery safely and efficiently in accordance with safety protocols. Assist with the installation of structural components such as framing, drywall, or flooring as directed. Support team members in measuring, cutting, and assembling materials to ensure precise fitting and alignment. Maintain a clean and organized work workplace to promote safety and productivity. Participate in safety meetings and adhere strictly to all safety guidelines to prevent accidents or injuries.

Skills





Proven experience as a construction laborer or similar role is preferred but not mandatory; training will be provided for motivated candidates. Strong physical stamina and the ability to perform manual labor for extended periods under varying weather conditions. Knowledge of construction tools, equipment, and safety procedures is highly desirable. Excellent communication skills to understand instructions clearly and work collaboratively with team members. Attention to detail with a focus on quality workmanship and safety standards. Ability to follow directions accurately while maintaining efficiency on busy job sites. Pay: $21.00-$23.00 per hour
