The Lobby Restaurant and Lounge is located at the Pier Hotel at the Pier (North Vancouver) just steps away from Lonsdale Quay and the Seabus Terminal in North Vancouver Historic Shipyard.

We are looking for a dynamic part time Hostess/Host who is outgoing, friendly and professional. We offer competitive wages, adaptable shifts from breakfast, lunch, and dinner to fit within your lifestyle.

Position Requirements: 1 year minimum in a front facing customer service role required Previous hostess/host experience preferred Hotel experience is considered an asset.

Experience with Open Table or similar online restaurant reservations systems.

Experience in providing customer service over the phone i.e. making reservations, answering questions, taking room service orders and anticipating guests needs.

Able to work in standing position for extended periods of time. Have to be organized and tidy, with exceptional attention to detail. Proven discipline in managing reservations and walk-in guests.
