Job Title
Dietitian / Nutritionist (Muscle Gain + Metabolic Health – 3 Day Turnaround)
Job Description
I'm a professional personal trainer looking for a qualified dietitian or nutritionist to create a structured muscle-building nutrition plan for a client who has lost 40 lbs following the principles outlined in The Obesity Code by Jason Fung.
He is now transitioning into a lean muscle gain phase and will be training 4 days per week (bodybuilding-style hypertrophy).
Important:
This project must be completed within 3 days of hire.

- tMale, post 40 lb fat loss
- tWorks fly-in/fly-out (1 week at camp, 1 week home)
Camp:
buffet-style menu with many food options (I have the weekly menu available + options that are constantly made available for him throughout the day)
t
Home:
primarily vegetarian household (occasionally shrimp or fish)
t
- tOpen to most foods
- Height 5'- Weight 175Ibs
- 3 Meals per day ideal with total caloric intake being over 2500 but under 3100 (open to discussion)

- tLean mass gain nutrition strategy aligned with metabolic health principles - FULL MEAL PLAN IN PDF FORMAT
- Intuitive food substitution list so he can change things up if he wants
- tMacro targets (training vs rest days if appropriate)
- tCamp-phase flexible food selection framework
- tVegetarian-forward home meal plan with the addition of fish and shrimp in salads etc.
- tClear rationale for macro distribution
This is not a traditional "dirty bulk." The strategy must respect insulin management concepts and metabolic health while supporting hypertrophy.

- tFamiliar with and aligned with principles discussed in The Obesity Code
- tExperience with intermittent fasting and/or insulin-focused nutrition models
- tExperience supporting hypertrophy/body composition goals
