CELI is hiring for a Part-Time Sales Consultant at our new Toronto store location.
Are you passionate about day-to-day operations, sales management, and customer service excellence? Do you inspire and engage your team? Then you may have the ideal skills to be part of our CELI team!
Responsibilities
- Achieve sales targets by motivating and guiding the sales team.
- Provide exceptional customer service by sharing product knowledge and resolving inquiries or complaints promptly.
- Assist in managing inventory, including restocking merchandise and conducting stock checks.
- Collaborate with the Store Manager to create visually appealing displays and maintain store layout.
- Maintain operational excellence by adhering to company policies and procedures.
- Support administrative tasks such as scheduling, payroll processing, and sales reporting.
- Stay updated on industry trends, product features, and pricing to assist customers effectively and drive sales.
- Foster a positive and collaborative work environment among team members.
- Ensure adherence to company policies, procedures, and ethical standards.
- Assist the Store Manager in training, coaching, and supporting employees to develop skills and achieve targets. Spend approximately 1 hour per week recruiting prospective talent.
- Responsibilities may change based on business needs.
What You’ll Need:
- At least 2 years of retail sales experience, preferably in fashion or jewelry.
- Over 2 years in a management or supervisory role, demonstrating leadership and inspiration skills.
- Proven results in a sales-driven or highly measured environment.
- Ability to proactively ensure proper staffing by building a pipeline of potential candidates.
- Experience coaching Brand Ambassadors to meet targets, including career development and succession planning.
- Strong analytical skills for data summarization and decision-making.
- Tech-savviness.
- Proven leadership in a product and customer-centric sales workplace.
- Ability to handle difficult customer interactions effectively.
- Natural relationship-building skills.
- Creative mindset with the ability to contribute innovative ideas and solutions.
