Position Overview

At our Markham Acura location, the Service Advisor is the key link between our guests and the service department. This role is responsible for delivering an exceptional customer experience by understanding client needs, recommending appropriate maintenance and repair services, and ensuring clear communication throughout the service process.

The Service Advisor provides accurate estimates, coordinates with technicians to ensure timely and quality repairs, and follows up to confirm customer satisfaction. Success in this role requires solid communication skills, attention to detail,



and a commitment to professionalism, efficiency, and brand standards consistent with Acura’s premium customer experience.

Pay Scale: $48,492.63 + bonus

Primary Duties and Responsibilities:

- Provide front-line customer service and sales for the Service Department
- Greeting customers on the phone or in the Dealership
- Providing repair recommendations
- Explaining the nature of repairs
- Advising customers how to look after their vehicles
- Scheduling appointments
- Selling labour
- Providing an extraordinary experience for all customers

Qualifications Required:

- CDK experience preferred
- An aptitude for customer relations/service
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to sell required maintenance
- Ability to work as a part of a TEAM
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
