Assistant Store Manager – Spencer's

Spencer's is hiring an Assistant Store Manager to support store operations and drive sales. This full‑time position opens in Ontario, California.

Compensation & Perks

Hourly rate: $18.90–$19.15 (depending on qualifications and experience). Responsibilities

- Establish and maintain guest services standards.
- Support the Store Manager in all store tasks to maximize sales and profitability.
- Develop staff, manage inventory control, handle merchandising, and control expenses and shrinkage.
- Ensure compliance with all company policies and procedures.

Qualifications





- Minimum age 18.
- Prior retail or management experience required.
- Ability to stand/walk/climb ladders for >8 hours and lift up to 50 lbs.
- Strong communication, leadership, and customer service skills.
