I am looking to hire an experienced Architectural and Concrete Estimator for a commercial-scale restaurant project.

The scope of work includes a detailed quantity takeoff and cost breakdown for the following:

1. Stud wall framing
2. Gypsum board walls and ceiling systems
3. Suspended and finished ceilings
4. Interior and exterior painting
5. Roofing works
6. Flooring finishes
7. Cabinetry and millwork
8. Doors, frames, and door hardware
9. Structural concrete work including foundations, footings, slabs, grade beams, and other related concrete components

Please provide:

The software you use for takeoff and estimation
Your experience with similar commercial restaurant projects
Your hourly rate (if working on an hourly basis)

Your estimated timeline for completion

We are looking for someone detail-oriented and capable of preparing an accurate and comprehensive Bill of Quantities (BOQ).

Contract duration of 1 to 3 months.

Mandatory skills: Construction, Architectural Design, Autodesk AutoCAD, Construction Estimating, Material Take-Off
