We are seeking a strategic and hands‑on Human Resources Director to elevate the HR function, modernize people operations, and support our dynamic, rapid‑paced business.

Position Summary

The Human Resources Director will lead all HR functions with a strong emphasis on talent management, performance management, compensation strategy, and vendor management. This role supports a growing technical and corporate workforce and partners directly with senior leaders to build scalable programs aligned with organizational goals, compliance standards, and our commitment to an inclusive, innovative workplace.

Key Responsibilities

Talent Management & Organizational Development

- Build and execute a forward‑thinking talent strategy aligned with company growth plans.
- Develop leadership development, upskilling, and internal mobility programs tailored for technical and non‑technical teams.

Performance Management

- Lead the design and evolution of performance programs in a high-performance, data‑driven culture.
- Coach managers on employee development, goal-setting, and continuous feedback.

Compensation & Total Rewards

- Oversee compensation strategy, salary bands, and competitive benchmarking for tech and financial roles.
- Lead annual compensation cycles including salary reviews, merit increases, and bonus frameworks.

Recruitment, Onboarding & Workforce Planning

- Lead recruitment strategies to build diverse and high-quality pipelines across engineering, product, operations, and corporate teams.




- Modernize onboarding programs that enhance early employee engagement and retention.
- Manage external recruitment partners, technical staffing vendors, and HR service providers to support agile scaling.

Employee Relations & Compliance

- Provide guidance to leadership on employee relations, conflict resolution, and organizational risk management.
- Ensure compliance with employment legislation, data privacy standards, and industry‑specific regulations.

HR Systems, Reporting & Process Improvement

- Oversee HRIS (ADP) accuracy and ensure actionable reporting of people metrics.
- Drive automation, process improvement, and adoption of modern HR technologies.

Leadership & Cross‑Functional Support

- Advise executives on organizational design, workforce planning, and people strategy.
- Mentor HR team members and collaborate across engineering, operations, and finance.
- Oversee vendor relationships and ensure alignment with cost, quality, and HR operational needs.

Required Skills & Experience

- Post-secondary education in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 8–10 years of progressive HR experience, preferably in technology, fintech, SaaS, or high-growth environments.
- Expertise in talent management, performance management, and compensation strategy.
- Experience leading HR programs and cross-functional initiatives during periods of rapid scale.
- Vendor management experience, including oversight of external staffing agencies, recruitment partners, and HR technology vendors.
- Strong knowledge of HR best practices, employment legislation, and compliance.
- Exceptional leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills.
- Robust analytical capabilities with the ability to use data for strategic decision-making.
- Proficiency with HRIS (ADP), compensation tools, and performance management platforms.
