Our client, a globally recognized leader in enterprise retail management software, is hiring a Director of Sales to lead North American revenue growth through a structured, partner-first model. With operations in over 90 countries and a strong footprint across North America, Europe, Latin America and the Middle East, they are consistently ranked among the top players in their category and continue to expand their presence in the enterprise retail ecosystem.
This is a strategic, high-impact leadership role — not a transactional sales position. The Director will own regional revenue performance and P&L; accountability while building and activating a robust partner network across ERP implementation partners, system integrators, and retail-focused resellers. You will also play a hands-on role in complex enterprise negotiations, executive conversations and strategic deal structuring within ERP-integrated retail environments.
What you’ll be responsible for:
- Driving North American revenue through a channel-first sales strategy
- Building, expanding and activating ERP and retail partner ecosystems
- Managing full enterprise sales cycles from qualification through close and expansion
- Leading executive-level negotiations and complex commercial agreements
- Owning forecasting accuracy, pipeline management and CRM discipline
- Collaborating cross-functionally with marketing, product and leadership to refine GTM strategy
What we’re looking for:
- 10-15 years of enterprise sales experience across direct and channel environments
- Robust background selling retail software or ERP-integrated SaaS solutions
- Experience engaging Microsoft, SAP, Sage, Acumatica or similar ecosystems
- Comfort navigating long, complex enterprise sales cycles
- Executive presence with CIO, VP IT and Retail Operations stakeholders
- Autonomous operator comfortable with 20–30% travel
