This is based in Bedford, Nova Scotia.

We are seeking a highly organized and strategic professional to support executive reporting, stakeholder engagement, and performance tracking across the organization. This role partners closely with cross-functional teams to enhance transparency, accountability, and strategic alignment through impactful reporting and communications.

The ideal candidate excels at translating complex information into clear executive-level messaging and driving engagement through high-quality presentations, reporting, and strategic forums.

Key Responsibilities:

Executive Reporting & Stakeholder Presentations

- Prepare clear, high-level executive presentations for senior leadership.
- Consolidate inputs from diverse teams to deliver insightful, decision-ready reporting.
- Translate complex updates into concise, compelling executive messaging.

Strategic Communications & Messaging

- Communicate and promote organizational strategy across internal platforms (presentations, infographics, videos, internal portals, newsletters, etc.).
- Partner with stakeholders across the enterprise to identify key topics, gather content, and design meaningful communication outputs.
- Drive engagement, clarity of priorities, and a shared sense of purpose across teams.

Performance Tracking & KPI Management

- Partner with teams to define meaningful KPIs aligned to strategic priorities.
- Gather and validate quarterly updates; analyze trends to assess initiative performance.
- Provide accurate, data-driven insights on progress and impact.

Strategic Event Planning & Facilitation





- Plan and facilitate high-impact strategic forums, leadership meetings, town halls, and team events.
- Develop purposeful agendas aligned to business priorities.
- Coordinate logistics and content to foster collaboration, alignment, and engagement across regions and levels.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint (executive-level presentations).
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (analysis and reporting).
- Experience managing multiple stakeholders across functions.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail.
- Ability to synthesize complex information into explicit, strategic messaging.

Nice-to-Have Qualifications

- Knowledge of Capital Markets or financial services.
- Marketing and/or branding experience.
- Experience with process improvement methodologies (Lean Six Sigma), Agile, or Design Thinking.
- Exposure to AI tools and applications in reporting or communications.
- Experience with SharePoint, Confluence, and enterprise collaboration platforms.
