Our leads will spear head construction while learning layout and leadership skills. You will command your own space, eventually, with your own helper. We will help shape and reform positive building habits to conform to strict building codes and quality standards while encouraging growth and personal development. This position is a 2 to 3 year roadmap to put you into a guiding role in the residential framing industry in Edmonton. You will have hands on experience as well as any classroom courses we feel may benefit you in your role. Year round work and lots of hours. Starting rate will be $25 until we have an idea of where you are at; if you are proficient enough with tools with a good attitude and work ethic you can expect $30.
