Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and motivated Crew Member / Laborer for a Landscaping and Snow Removal company
Responsibilities
- Work with other crew members, under the direction of a Crew Lead (Supervisor) for general landscape maintenance, cleanups and snow removal
- Working on residential and commercial sites
- Ensure the work is completed safely, efficiently, and to company standards
- Operate company vehicle and equipment
- Communicate with other crew leads, crew and management
- Maintain a clean and organized work setting
Qualifications
- Have some landscape experience
- have reliable transportation
- Ability to operate landscaping tools and equipment
- Comfortable working outdoors in ALL weather conditions
- Strong attention to detail and work ethic
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
