Overview

We're seeking a Temporary Program Manager with deep Trade Order Management and OMS expertise to support Wealth Management trading and execution initiatives. This role will lead OMS-related programs/workstreams focused on trading workflows, platform enhancements, controls, and integration delivery.

Key Responsibilities

- Own OMS/trade-order programs including implementations, upgrades, and workflow optimization

- Serve as the Trade Order / OMS SME across assigned initiatives

- Support the full trade lifecycle: order creation, execution, allocation, and post-trade processing

- Coordinate across Trading, Portfolio Management, Compliance, Operations,



and Technology teams

- Manage vendor activities and integration work with brokers/custodians

- Support adherence to trading regulations, best execution standards, and internal controls

- Drive program planning, reporting, and issue/risk tracking

Required Qualifications

- 7+ years of program/project management experience in Banking or Financial Services

- Solid hands-on experience with Charles River IMS

- Understanding of OMS workflows, trading controls, and compliance requirements

- Experience working in regulated environments

- Strong cross-functional coordination and communication skills
