Duties

- Conduct outbound telemarketing calls to generate new business opportunities and nurture existing client relationships
- Engage in B2B sales activities by understanding client needs and presenting tailored solutions
- Negotiate terms and close sales deals efficiently while maintaining high customer satisfaction
- Collaborate with marketing team to develop strategies that increase lead generation and brand awareness
- Utilize Salesforce and other CRM tools to track customer interactions, update records, and manage sales pipelines




- Assist in business development efforts by identifying potential markets and expanding client base
- Provide exceptional customer service through timely follow-ups, technical support, and product information
- Support inside sales activities through effective communication.

Experience

- Proven experience in inside sales, telemarketing, or technology sales, preferably within B2B environments
- Strong negotiation skills with a track record of closing deals effectively
- Familiarity with CRM platforms such as Salesforce or similar tools
- Excellent communication skills.
- Background in marketing, technical sales, or business development is advantageous
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced setting
- Demonstrated ability to develop new business opportunities through proactive outreach and relationship management

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: From $25.00 per hour
