Camp Hurontario, a traditional children’s summer camp located among the beautiful islands of Georgian Bay, is hiring a Nurse Practitioner to join us for a 2 week period in the summer of 2026. We are looking to fill the following period:

- July 27-August 8

Come up to our island and be part of a excellent staff team! The camp nurse lives in a lovely fully-furnished cottage near to the dining hall and the wellness centre where campers stay if they are sick. The nurse's cottage has two bedrooms, so family members and dogs are welcome to come as well. Attached to the nurse's cottage is a fully-stocked practice room, where campers can be seen to after mealtimes.

Three full meals (chef and baker on site) per day are included along with compensation and accommodation. When not attending to campers,



the camp nurse can take advantage of our amazing location and activity equipment (swim, sail, fish, windsurf, canoe, kayak, paddle-board, or read in the sun on the beach, etc.), making this opportunity a great summer getaway!

If the nurse has children they are welcome to attend activities with campers. Those with sons would be able to enrol them in the camp during their stay (heavy discount offered).
