A brand new cafe/restaurant, Cafe 85 is looking for passionate and enthusiastic baristas and servers to join our front-of-the-house team. If you are a "people-person" and care for customer experience and hospitality, this job will be right for you.

Responsibilities
Baristas:

- Prepare and serve high-quality coffee, espresso, and other beverages
- Demonstrate strong latte art skills with consistent presentation quality
- Maintain knowledge of coffee blends, brewing methods, and specialty drinks
- Keep the work area clean and organized
- Engage with customers to create a warm and welcoming environment
- Assist with daily opening and closing tasks

Servers:

- Greet and seat customers with a friendly attitude
- Take orders and deliver food and beverages promptly
- Ensure accuracy in order-taking and customer satisfaction
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the customer areas
- Assist in setting up and closing down the café

Requirements:

- Previous experience in a café, bistro, or restaurant is a must
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment




- Strong communication skills and a positive attitude
- Ability to multitask and handle busy shifts with grace
- Baristas: A love for coffee and interest in learning more about specialty drinks
- Servers: A focus on customer satisfaction and an eye for detail
- Flexibility to work mornings, evenings, and weekends
