Role Overview

Responsible for building DJI’s ARS retail network in Canada from 0 to 1 and leading end-to-end retail operations. This is an expansion-focused role, not a maintenance position.

Key Responsibilities

Retail Setup & Expansion

- Participate in site selection and feasibility analysis
- Support lease negotiation and cost modeling (Lease, CAM, TMI)
- Lead store opening preparation (fit-out, VM, systems launch)
- Establish SOPs and scalable store model

Commercial & Performance Management

- Oversee store performance and profitability
- Optimize product mix and sales structure
- Control operating expenses and improve margins

Data & Operations

- Monitor KPIs (productivity, conversion, ATV)
- Manage inventory turnover and aging
- Analyze product launch performance

Brand & Standards

- Ensure brand and VM execution
- Implement HQ campaigns and retail guidelines
- Maintain service and operational consistency

Team Leadership





- Recruit and manage Store Managers and Sales Associates
- Build and structure the local retail team

Qualifications

Must Have

- Experience launching physical retail stores in Canada
- Direct involvement in store setup
- Understanding of Canadian retail commercial structure (Lease, CAM, TMI)
- Willingness to travel nationwide
- Robust operational and analytical skills

Preferred

- Consumer electronics or tech retail background
- Multi-store management experience
- Experience building branded retail environments

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $5,000.00-$8,000.00 per month
