Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated Social Services Manager to oversee home care programs, supervise staff, coordinate client services, and ensure compliance with agency and regulatory standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations of home care and community support services
- Supervise, schedule, and support caregivers and front-line staff
- Assess client needs and develop personalized care plans
- Ensure quality of service delivery and regulatory compliance
- Communicate with families, healthcare professionals, and external partners
- Resolve client concerns and implement service improvements
- Maintain documentation, reports, and care records
- Assist in hiring, training, and evaluating staff
- Contribute to policy development and continuous improvement
Qualifications
- College/CEGEP diploma (1–2 years) in social services,
community services, social work, health admin, or related field
- 2–3 years of experience in social services, community care, or home care supervision
- Robust interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to prioritize, multitask, and maintain accurate records
- Organized, reliable, and capable of working independently

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $35.00-$39.00 per hour
Expected hours: 32 – 40 per week
