Global Talent Acquisition function is going through a strategicrecruitment transformation, deploying robotics & process automation toolsand modernizing recruitment infrastructure to focus on business talentpriorities and improve end-to-end process experience.

Global Talent Acquisition is looking for a RecruitmentRelationship Lead to join our team, and support Volume/Class Hiring fromPhoenix and Sunrise! The Recruitment Relationship Lead will be responsible forexecuting the end-to-end hiring process at AXP, while ensuring outstandingcandidate and Hiring Leader experience. They will screen, assess, interview,and lead the offer process in order to acquire the best quality candidates withthe greatest speed. The Recruitment Relationship Lead will be a talent championwho can actively stay connected to an active pipeline of candidates, maintainlong-term candidate relationships, and energetically sell the role and theAmerican Express brand. Key Responsibilities

Leads and owns screening, assessment, interview, and offer process activities for the regional/functional segment, ensuring outstanding candidate experience

Enacts broader Global Recruiting recruitment strategy to ensure delivery of qualified and diverse talent

Masters operational excellence by using available technologies to improve efficiency and quality to accomplish the delivery plan

Recommends and drives improvements to the local sourcing strategy and pipeline by actively collaborating with GTA Manager

Works with Hiring Leader to meet hiring volumes and headcount goals, gathers key input for candidate slates, and provides feedback on candidates and influences hiring decisions

Updates and posts jobs, manages requisitions, and dispositions candidate

Conducts first round interview, intake meetings, interview debriefs, and reviews assessments

Structures new offers, works with compensation team to select appropriate package, negotiates offer, and makes offer edits as necessary

Partners with employee relations, legal, background check, etc. to provide full service to candidates and Hiring Leaders

Communicates proactively and in a timely manner with candidates, providing details on the selection process and Hiring Leader feedback

Crafts events and manages employee referrals

Stays abreast of new hiring practices and trends in the industry

Performing internet searches using social media and other tools to identify relevant prospects

Using market intelligence and industry trends, including target companies and organizations, to build candidate slates

Developing a solid understanding of client groups and familiarity with technical requirements

Developing, executing and assessing online candidate search campaigns using a variety of internet search engines as a delivery vehicle for producing quality candidates.

Ensuring company follows laws and regulations as it relates to online sourcing, recruiting and hiring practices

Meeting with recruiting staff on a regular basis to collaborate on optimum approaches to strengthen candidate pool, including annual recruiting strategies and diversity initiatives

Performing quantitative and qualitative analysis to determine sourcing staffing effectiveness based on statistics, cost efficiency and customer feedback

Reporting on effective recruiting trends and make recommendations based on recruiting data

Updating and maintaining sourcing plans and lists of effective sources

Strong sense of urgency and proactive approach to sourcing, recruiting and hiring

Bachelor's degree or equivalent

Minimum Qualifications

Four+ years of related recruiting experience

Experience utilizing current recruiting technologies (CRM and ATS)

Experience in recruiting Analyst to VP level professionals

Ability to collaborate with candidates in an engaging and persuasive manner

Ability to partner with, advise, and influence Hiring Leaders in a consultative manner to foster long-term relationships

Ability to build positive relationship with candidates

Preferred in-depth knowledge of the Recruiting landscape in the technology or finance industry

Preferred experience working in a compliance driven organization
