Agilus has partnered with a Global Commercial Real Estate firm in search of a Tenant Services Assistant for a major Class A high rise in downtown Calgary. This is a 15-month contract.   This position will focus on the relationship management with high profile tenants within the building by means of strong communication and liaising with other departments to ensure effective resolution of issues.  This position reports to the Assistant Property Manager and has oversight of three direct reports.



Your day to day will involve Team Management,

working to ensure the highest level of service delivery; Contractor Management to ensure required standards of service are met; Tenant Management to address issues with regards to the building and shared space.   Finally, Tenant Requests and Preventative Maintenance.  To succeed in this position, you will need to have a good understanding of administrative, operational and technical issues in order to effectively communicate and support Operations, Construction and Security departments.
