Looking for an experienced painter. Full-time, mostly recent construction. Must have a vehicle, and be reliable, have some own basic tools, can be trusted left on sites alone, can start jobs without hand-holding, someone looking for a solid footing in a company for the long term. Must be able to lead a crew, delegate, troubleshoot on the fly, communicate to owner and clients clear and effectively. Able to step up a lead by example. Must be presentable. Must be able to Spray and Cut and Roll like a champ, and must be willing to prep a room. Starting $28/hr We are a small crew, but we take care of our employees. Christmas Bonuses, Benefits after 6 months (if interested), vacation paid on each pay, bi-weekly direct deposit. We do not support IPP and you must legally already be able to work in Canada with no support or sponsorship needed.
