Job Description

Insight Global is seeking a Lead Data Developer (Azure Specialist) to lead cloud-based data initiatives and deliver robust solutions for enterprise-scale projects for one of Canada's largest banks. This role focuses on Azure technologies and data engineering, ensuring optimal performance and scalability.

Azure Expertise: Design and implement solutions using Azure Data Factory, Data Pipelines, Databricks, and Azure Synapse.

Data Engineering: Develop and optimize data processing workflows and analytics strategies.

Cloud Strategy: Drive adoption of cloud-based solutions and ensure alignment with business objectives.

Performance Monitoring: Track and analyze operating environments, implementing corrective actions as needed.

Collaboration: Partner with business and technology teams to deliver high-quality solutions.

Skills and Requirements

-5+ years of hands-on experience with Azure Cloud technologies, including Data Factory, Databricks, and Synapse.

-Strong experience with Angular

-Strong SQL development skills and experience with data pipelines.

-Familiarity with SSO & MFA configurations.

-Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related discipline.

-You are a code quality champion with hands-on experience in Software Design using SOLID Design principles. -Integration and networking experience is an asset.
