**Your role and responsibilities**
As a Delivery Practice Leader for the TEL Automation Platform, you will provide clients with world-class services to optimize the configuration, deployment, adoption, usage, and analysis of their IT Automation & FinOps products. This role specializes in Technology Expert Labs for IT Automation & FinOps within IBM's Automation Platform.
Your primary responsibilities will include:
* Drive Client Solutions: Provide clients with expert guidance on optimizing their IT Automation & FinOps product configurations, deployments, adoptions, usage, and analysis to achieve business objectives.
* Lead Service Delivery: Deliver high-quality services to clients, ensuring seamless integration and adoption of IT Automation & FinOps products, including Cloudability, Kubecost, Apptio, and other related solutions.
* Develop Optimization Strategies:
Design and implement optimization strategies for clients' IT Automation & FinOps products, leveraging expertise in IBM's Automation Platform and related technologies.
* Collaborate with Clients: Work closely with clients to understand their business needs and develop tailored solutions to drive maximum value from their IT Automation & FinOps investments.
* Analyze Product Effectiveness: Conduct in-depth analyses of clients' IT Automation & FinOps product usage and effectiveness, providing actionable insights and recommendations for improvement.
**Required technical and professional expertise**
* Deep Expertise in IT Automation & FinOps: Proven experience in optimizing the configuration, deployment, adoption, usage, and analysis of IT Automation & FinOps products, including Cloudability, Kubecost, Apptio, and related solutions.
* Mastery of IBM Automation Platform: In-depth knowledge of IBM's Automation Platform, including its capabilities, features, and applications in IT Automation & FinOps.
* Experience with Optimization Strategies: Demonstrated ability to design and implement optimization strategies for IT Automation & FinOps products, driving business value and maximizing ROI.
* Advanced Analytical Skills:
Proven expertise in conducting in-depth analyses of IT Automation & FinOps product usage and effectiveness, providing actionable insights and recommendations for improvement.
* Expertise in Client Solution Development: Ability to provide expert guidance on optimizing IT Automation & FinOps product configurations, deployments, adoptions, usage, and analysis to achieve business objectives.
**Preferred technical and professional experience**
* IT Automation Expertise: Deep understanding of IT Automation & FinOps products, including Cloudability, Kubecost, Apptio, and related solutions, with the ability to optimize their configuration, deployment, adoption, usage, and analysis.
* IBM Automation Mastery: In-depth knowledge of IBM's Automation Platform, including its capabilities, features, and applications in IT Automation & FinOps, with the ability to leverage this expertise to drive business value.
* Optimization Strategy Development: Experience designing and implementing optimization strategies for IT Automation & FinOps products, with a focus on maximizing ROI and driving business outcomes.
