Hi everyone, Welcome to my home daycare page. I am located in Thorold/Welland, behide Seaway mall, near the 406 highway in Ontario and I am opened from 7 am to 5 pm everyday Monday to Friday. I charge $50 a day for children under the ages of 2 and $45 for children over the age of 3. If you are needing extra hours before or after or even both I will charge additional $10 an hour extra. I am looking for children from 0 -12 years old and will be starting March 1, 2026. Apparently I am unlicensed at the moment. Also, I do over nights, so let me know or even if your looking for a night out, I can always help too. I have 22 years of experience working with children of all ages. I have 3 children of my own right now, from 17 months, 16 and 22 years old. I have my Early Childhood Assistant and Personal Support Worker Certificates. In the past, I have worked for a Early Years Center and done many baby sitting jobs and still baby sitting when needed at times. I have won awards for "The Current Born Baby" in the school, I studied ECA and also, "Attendance" award for PSW.
I work as a Personal Support Worker for a nursing home on weekends and worked for them for 10 years at the moment. When your child is in my care, I will provide breakfast, lunch and 2 snacks a day. I love to cook homemade meals and would cook in the evenings and provide it to the child the previous day "the next day" so I can spend lots of time with the children then just cooking in the kitchen everyday, everything would be ready for the day. Also, I love to have the children engaged in outside and inside activities everyday, if they can or they can have free play if wanted. I would have them doing arts and crafts through out the week. Again, I'll have them learning sensory play, storytelling, pretend and dramative play, Cooperative play etc... I would have a structural routine for the children everyday.
