Job Title: Field Outreach Representative (Part-Time) Location: Calgary & Surrounding Areas Duration: Temporary (March – May) With Potential for Full-Time Transition We are looking for 4 motivated individuals to join our team for a seasonal permission collection project. This is a perfect entry-level opportunity for those who enjoy being outdoors, staying active, and talking to recent people every day. The Role As a Field Representative, you will be the face of our project. Your primary goal is to engage with customers and secure necessary permissions for utility work. Active Work: This role involves significant walking and being on your feet throughout the shift. Customer Interaction:
You’ll be explaining project details and answering questions professionally. Performance-Based Growth: While this starts as a temporary 3-month contract, top performers will be considered for permanent full-time roles in June. What We’re Looking For Communication: Must be fluent in English with a friendly, approachable demeanor. Adaptability: A quick learner who can pick up project details and "pitch" points during training. Reliability: You show up on time and ready to hit the pavement. Bonus Points: A valid Driver’s License is a significant plus!
