Role Description

- Conduct outreach and relationship-building with:
- Canadian professional associations
- Regulatory bodies
- Group practices and training organizations
- Support speakers by providing ready-to-use promotional materials
- Manage and schedule organic social media content on LinkedIn, Facebook, and Instagram
- Repurpose existing content (speaker conversations, webinars, quotes, clips)



into posts and simple graphics
- Track basic engagement metrics and share insights with the team

Qualifications

• Background in education, healthcare, nonprofit, or professional services

• Comfortable using LinkedIn, Facebook/Instagram, Canva, and email

• Strong written communication skills (clear, qualified, warm)

• Highly organized with strong follow-through

• Interest in mental health, ethics, and continuing education

Role Details

- Part-time: 10–20 hours per week
- Location: Fully remote / virtual (Canada-based preferred)
- Compensation: $2,500–3,500 per month, depending on hours and experience
- Start Date: March 2025

What This Role is Not

- Managing paid advertising
- Setting overall marketing strategy
- Replacing existing marketing leadership
