Position Overview

We are currently seeking a skilled Project Manager with experience in property restoration to join our growing team. This role requires a hands-on leader with a proven ability to manage restoration projects from start to finish—ensuring quality, efficiency, and exceptional client service.

You will oversee a diverse portfolio of restoration projects, manage budgets and timelines, coordinate internal teams and subcontractors, and maintain strong communication with clients, property managers, and insurance partners.

Key Responsibilities

Project Planning & Coordination

- Develop detailed project plans, including scope, timelines, and resources
- Conduct site assessments to evaluate damage and plan restoration strategies
- Coordinate workflows among internal teams, subcontractors, and vendors

Client Communication & Stakeholder Management

- Serve as primary contact for clients, property managers, and insurance adjusters
- Provide consistent project updates, manage expectations, and address concerns
- Foster long-term client relationships and promote repeat business

Budgeting & Cost Management

- Prepare and manage project budgets, estimates, and cost forecasts




- Monitor expenses, track against budget, and identify savings opportunities
- Negotiate with vendors and subcontractors for best pricing and service

Quality Assurance & Compliance

- Implement quality control procedures to ensure workmanship meets standards
- Conduct inspections and audits to identify and resolve deficiencies
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry best practices

Team Leadership

- Provide leadership and mentorship to project teams
- Delegate tasks and provide performance feedback
- Encourage continuous improvement and support career development initiatives

Required Qualifications

- Proven experience in restoration or construction project management
- Deep understanding of restoration techniques and building assembly methods
- Strong knowledge of industry regulations and safety standards
- Proficient in Xactimate, PSA, Encircle, and DocuSketch
- Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
