Role Description

This is a full-time in office role for a Truck Driver based in Brampton, ON. The Truck Driver will be responsible for operating company vehicles to transport goods, ensuring timely deliveries, and maintaining compliance with all relevant safety and regulatory standards. Responsibilities include loading and unloading cargo, conducting vehicle inspections, and adhering to designated routes while following all applicable traffic and safety regulations. The role requires collaborative work with dispatch and logistics teams to ensure efficient operations.

Qualifications

- Valid CDL Class A license and proven experience in truck driving




- Familiarity with DOT regulations and adherence to safety and compliance standards
- Experience in loading and unloading cargo with attention to accuracy and safety
- Knowledge of truck maintenance and ability to identify mechanical issues
- Strong communication skills and ability to liaise effectively with team members and clients
- Good navigational skills and ability to follow routes efficiently
- Physical stamina and the ability to handle heavy lifting
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications are advantageous
