Job Description

The GWAM AI Delivery Lead is responsible for driving the end-to-end delivery of Gen AI use cases across Global Wealth & Asset Management (GWAM). This role owns project execution against defined roadmaps, coordinates with technical and portfolio leads, and ensures timely delivery through effective planning, stakeholder management, and issue escalation.

Key Responsibilities

- Own and drive delivery of Gen AI use case milestones aligned to roadmap and timelines
- Develop project plans, roadmaps, cost-benefit analyses, and delivery artifacts
- Facilitate meetings, track action items, and manage risks, issues, and dependencies
- Partner with leadership, technical teams, and business stakeholders to define scope and requirements
- Provide delivery status reporting, insights, and recommendations to leadership
- Manage multiple projects in a fast-paced setting with a focus on quality and continuous improvement

Required Skills & Qualifications

- 5–7+ years of project/program management experience
- Strong ability to build project plans, roadmaps, and delivery artifacts
- Proven experience managing stakeholders and cross-functional teams




- Comfortable working in fast-paced, data-driven environments
- Excellent communication, organization, and execution skills
- Bachelor’s degree required; PMP/PMI certification preferred
