About the Role:

The Intermediate Project Analyst supports the delivery of cross-functional projects within the IT organization by providing coordination, documentation, reporting, and analytical support. This role works closely with Project Managers and business stakeholders to keep initiatives organized, on track, and well-communicated.

This position is ideal for a detail-oriented project professional who understands how projects run, enjoys structure, and can support multiple workstreams without needing deep technical or industry-specific expertise.

Required Qualifications

- 3–5 years of experience in a Project Analyst,



Project Coordinator, or PMO support role
- Robust understanding of project lifecycles and delivery fundamentals
- Excellent organizational, documentation, and communication skills
- Comfortable supporting multiple projects simultaneously
- Proficiency with tools such as Excel, PowerPoint, and project tracking tools (e.g., Smartsheet, MS Project, Jira, or similar)
- Exposure to PMO, operations, or enterprise projects
