About Ledge

Ledge is the digital venue for creators. We help creators turn their online communities into real experiences: live events, private hangouts, and interactive moments that fans actually care about.

We work directly with creators and influencers to help them connect with their audiences in new ways. If you’re into TikTok, YouTube, Twitch, Discord, or internet culture in general, and you like talking to people, this role is for you.

You don’t need a traditional sales background. You do need to be curious, organized, and comfortable starting conversations online.

What You’ll Do

This is a creator-facing, relationship-driven role where you’ll learn by doing.

- Find and research creators and influencers across TikTok, YouTube, Twitch, Instagram, Discord, and X
- Build lists of creators based on audience, engagement, and overall vibe
- Reach out to creators through DMs, email, and Discord
- Help set up intro calls and sit in on creator conversations
- Support creators as they get set up on Ledge and launch their first experiences/event




- Keep track of conversations and progress in our CRM
- Share feedback from creators with the team. You’ll help shape how we talk to creators

You’ll be one of the first people creators talk to when they discover Ledge.

What We’re Looking For

- New Graduate
- Comfortable messaging new people online
- Strong writing skills and storytelling for short messages, DMs, and other communications
- Organized, reliable, and positive at following up
- Interested in creators, influencer culture, or online communities
- Experience in social media and influencer marketing, social media, community management, or campus orgs is a plus
