Location: Calgary, AB

Responsibilities include analyzing and documenting user stories and process flows preparing use cases test cases and requirement matrices identifying gaps or conflicts and supporting procurement teams by updating scope in statements of work.

The candidate will also coordinate testing review project deliverables and assist with pre and post implementation support as well as project management or scrum master duties when needed.

The ideal candidate should have a bachelors degree in business information technology or a related field and over five years of experience as a business systems analyst.

Solid skills in tools such as Visio Excel PowerPoint Word Confluence and Jira are required along with experience in cybersecurity risk assessments and software delivery methodologies like waterfall and agile.

The role demands excellent communication attention to detail the ability to think holistically and a proactive mindset in defining solutions and identifying opportunities

Experience in cloud platforms like AWS and Azure and familiarity with architectural frameworks is preferred.
