Job Summary
We are seeking a friendly and organized Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will serve as the first point of contact for our clients and visitors, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere while managing various administrative tasks. This role requires excellent communication skills, a strong ability to manage time effectively, and a knack for multitasking in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Greet and assist clients and visitors in a professional manner.
- Answer phone calls, take messages, and direct inquiries to the appropriate personnel.
- Manage scheduling and appointment bookings efficiently.
- Handle cash transactions and maintain accurate cash handling procedures.
- Utilize Point of Sale (POS) systems for processing payments.
- Assist with retail sales by providing product information and recommendations.
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area.
- Perform general administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and document management.
- Communicate effectively with team members to ensure smooth operations.
Requirements
- Proficiency in English; bilingual or multilingual abilities are highly desirable.
- Previous experience in rehab clinic receptionist or retail sales is a must.
- Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Ability to communicate clearly and professionally with clients and colleagues.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a busy environment.

Job Type: Part-time
Pay: From $18.00 per hour
